1937 Cord 812 Sedan/1941 Hupmobile - $39,500

What a cool and unique automobile! Titled as a 1941 Hupmobile Sedan. We’re told this car was built in the mid 90’s in Southern California. Our understanding is the took a ’41 Hupmobile Skylark body and mated a ’37 “Coffin Nose” Cord frontend to it. Power by a Super Charged 302ci Ford Small Block V8, C4 Automatic Transmission with a Lokar Shifter, 8″ Ford Rear End with Parallel Leaf Suspension, Front End is an straight axle with Power Disc Brakes and Power Steering, Classic Instruments Gold Face Gauges in an Engine Turned Dash insert keep a factory appearance. Upholstery has been stitched like factory and done in a Ruby Red colored cloth. Chrome Wire Wheels with Radial White Wall Tires. Power Front Door Windows, Headlight Doors have been converted to electric motors, cowl vents are still functional for fresh air. Body is finished in a “Cigarette Cream”. Excellent “Hot Rod” Sound from the exhaust. This is a one of a kind that turns head like no other! A fun car to drive, not only for the looks and attention it receives but the feel behind the wheel! Looking through the split windshield and over the instruments, across the hood, it just has a unique feel, like your in the cockpit of an old air plane!
